All of our labels are 100% recyclable and can be printed in ink-jet or laser printers. They are print to edge, full bleed labels meaning you have no enforced borders or limits on what you can put on them. Our labels will stick to the: • Bare board • Spine cloth • Paper wraps We offer 3 sizes of labels for your convenience, but if you prefer to use your own labels you may need to test them on your binder to see if the label will adhere to the binder's spine cloth. Most labels will have no problem adhering directly to bare board or paper wrapped binders. Sizing Your Labels 1' Spine Label • 12 labels per sheet • 1.25' x 3.75' 2' Spine Label • 8 labels per sheet • 2' x 3.75' Half Sheet Label • 2 labels per sheet • 4.5' x 7.375' How to Apply Your Labels: • After you print your label, peel it from your sheet • Apply your label to it's designated spot (using a ruler may help you determine the best spot) • Not to worry if your label is crooked - gently peel one of the corners and reposition • Gently smooth the label with your hands making sure all edges are pressed into the binder • Done! The longer your label is left on, the better it will adhere to your binder and the less likely it is to peel APPLYING AROUND THE SPINE: • Keep your binder closed while you apply a label that wraps around the spine • Apply your label on one side of the hinge and smooth gently with your hand • Press the label into the hinge of the binder • Apply the rest of your label on the other side of the hinge and smooth gently with your hand • Done! The longer your label is left on, the better it will adhere to your binder and the less likely it is to peel • NOTE: 'Puckering' of the label on the hinge may occur after using the binder.
