Giuliana Marino was Playboy’s Miss April 2007 and also Playmate of the Year 2006 in the German edition of Playboy. When Hugh Hefner met her on a trip to Munich, he was so taken with her that he invited her back to the United States. “He asked me if I wanted to come to America to be a Playmate,” she said.
