On the few other computers and devices I've tried, they've run exactly the same, or the regular version got maybe one or two FPS higher. It's just a relatively demanding game no matter how you look at it.

Have you tried restoring the emulator's settings to default, or using a fresh save file (back up your old one, of course)? If neither of those work, it's possible your eboot/ISO is bad. 3.8ghz i7 5930K, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 4GB Nvidia GTX 970, Asus X99 PRO, Windows 7 (SP1) x64 How to ask useful questions: I'm not Dark_Alex, nor do I claim to be.

I'm not sure exactly what's happening.
I know the ISO worked on my old laptop last year, and that was with. 4front Eq10. 9.9 or something. But I tried many versions of PPSSPP and they either just crash or hang without actually loading. I can access the menu with ESC though, and that brings up the settings with the mhp3rd background. I also tried this on my tablet and I get the same thing. Idk where I can get a legal copy of this game though, so is there anyway to verify an ISO?
